Hope you’ve got the date in your diaries, even if you haven’t RSVP-ed yet!
A message from Dave Ramsey, Braefoot:
I will be setting off some fireworks on Friday 7th November. If you’d like to come and watch, it will be at the usual place. Come at 6.30pm with your sparklers for a 7pm start.
Belated thanks to all those who attended the 70s Night last Saturday. Some of the costumes were extraordinary. So much time and effort had been invested. Thank-you so much …
The first draw of the 2014-15 100 Club will be made later this month. As such, there is still time to enter. In case you’ve lost the application form, click here to download.
Hallowe’en guising and games will be on Friday 31st, from 6.00 until around 7.30pm. Our annual stomp round the village will take place this Friday, meeting at the hall at 6pm, followed by games and spooky tunes at the village hall. We are also looking for volunteers to help in the hall that evening, sharing out sweets and tidying up afterwards. Thanks.
Invitations to the village Christmas Dinner should be with you all by now, or they will be very shortly … In case it’s gets accidentally thrown out recycled, along with that solar panel leaflet and Aldi in store bargains flier, click here to download.
A message from Anne Raitt:

Having replaced our Hewlett Packard Photosmart 3110 printer we no longer need our stock of eleven unopened inks (genuine HP and ‘HP compatible’ inks). If anyone in Garvald uses HP363 inks we would be delighted to let you have the following free of charge:
Please call t:830274 to collect them from 3 Burnside Court.
