  • O Come All Ye Faithful …

Amidst all the last minute peeling, packing and prep, don’t forget that there will be a formal carol service at 6pm on Christmas Eve in Garvald Church … The collection will go towards the Red Cross Syrian appeal.

If weather permits, there will be further carolling afterwards – head for the village xmas tree on the green opposite the pub … And if you’re all done, but too excited to sleep, there is always the Watchnight Service at 11.30pm in Morham Church. Remember to wrap up warm, and drive safely there and back!

  • More photos added to the Gallery…

Tim Flinn has kindly lent us his selection of Ye Olde Garvald photos which have now been scanned and uploaded to the Gallery. As we don’t know who took these photos Tim has been credited as the source. Thanks, Tim! If anyone has any further historical village photos we can add them to the site as a work in progress.
