Mindful Walking with Joyce Lukkes Mindfulness- Saturday 10th August 10:00-11:30: 
Mindfulness has significant benefits to mental health and well-being. In this introduction you will be able to relax in the beautiful Amisfield walled Garden and immerse yourself in the moment in a gentle walk.

Guided Ben Lomand Walk with Wild Caledonia – Monday 19th August, Full day: 
From Rowardennan on the shores of Loch Lomond we will ascend the lovely Ben Lomond as it rises above the highland boundary fault, with dramatic views to the south. The well-trod path makes a relatively easy ascent, with more interesting descent via Ptarmigan ridge on return. A lovely introduction to Munros.

Paddlesports with Whiteadder Watersports Trust – Saturday 21st September 13:00-15:00: 
We have row boards, paddleboards and sit on top kayaks to chose from. Whichever craft the weather dictates is best, you will have a lot of fun learning to paddle or developing skills on this beautiful reservoir. We can creep up alongside ducks, swans and sometimes cormorants. You will be in safe hands with one of our BCU qualified instructors.

Guided Cairngorm Walk With Wild Caledonia – Sunday 22nd September Full day:
The Cairn Gorm Plateau is a remarkable place, hosting a unique Alpine-Artic environment, dramatic glaciation and a herd of over 150 free roaming reindeer! Starting from the Cairngorm base station, we will walk into the northern corries before ascending onto the plateau and summiting Cairm Gorm, Scotland’s sixth highest mountain. A grand day out with international Mountain Leader, Richard Phillips!
