Garvald Village Show – Saturday 27th August

CALL FOR DONATIONS AND HELP SETTING UP

Its nearly time for the Village Show and we are looking for:

Donations for the raffle – please bring on the day
Donations of home baking – including any show entries that didn’t turn out as planned…
Children (and the odd parent) to do a stint on teas
Help on Thursday 25^th at 7pm to set up the tables and again at the end (many hands make light work)

Staging starts at 7pm on the Friday (not 6pm as in previous years) and Saturday morning from 7.30am – all entries must be in by 10am sharp!
