Craft/Knit/Sew,etc. Group – Garvald Village Hall
Come along to the first informal gathering of crafters on Thursday 2nd March from 7.15 – 9.15pm in the village hall.
Bring your own tea or coffee – and your own craft project to work on, in the company of others.
Please bring along £2 each to cover the hall hire.
Doors Open 7.30pm for 7.45pm start
Coffee Afternoon Success
Thank you to all who came along to the children’s coffee afternoon today. It was a big success, raising £190 for the Village Hall funds. It was lovely to see the children taking control and enjoying serving the locals the tasty cakes and refreshments.
Thanks also to everyone who helped with the prep. and for donating such delicious baking and other offerings.

Garvald Village Hall Coffee Afternoon Fundraiser – Sun 5th Feb, 12-2pm
Some of the Garvald children are organising and hosting a coffee afternoon next Sunday, 5th February between 12pm and 2pm, to raise some funds for our Village Hall. It would be lovely to see you all there! Details on the attached poster.

Great time had by all
Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Hogmanay Hoolie on Saturday. We hope everyone enjoyed it as much as we did. And a big thank you to the Bass Rock Ceilidh Band who definitely kept us all on our toes with their quirky tunes and new dances!

On Friday 6th January there will be a session in Gifford Village Hall to select the films for the coming year – everyone is welcome to come along and have their say.
On Friday 13th January there will be a FREE showing of “Mrs Harris Goes to Paris” to kick off the New Year.
