Christmas Services at Garvald and Morham

Everyone is welcome to attend church services in Garvald and Morham over the next few weeks as follows:

4th December – Morham at 9.30 am

11th December – Garvald at 9.30 am

18th December – Morham at 9.30 am

24th December – Carols at the Christmas tree on Garvald Village Green from 5.30pm

followed by the Christmas Eve service in Garvald Church at 6 pm. Any child who would like to get dressed as a character from the Christmas story and sit at the front of the Church is MORE than welcome. No acting or speaking required – just getting into the spirit and enjoying the story!

Mince pies and Mulled wine will be served in the Stables after the service.

The LAST Watch night service at Morham Church will be held at 11.30 pm on Christmas Eve.

Sadly Morham Church will be closed in 2023 and sold by the Church of Scotland.

The mobile phone mast at Tanderlane, Garvald has now been rigged and is waiting to be metered; forecast dates are for mid-December. Following this the fibre circuit needs to be completed and tested which we are hoping will be done before Christmas – depending on engineer availability.

If all of this goes to plan, we are aiming for the site to be live in early 2023.

Almost there now – we appreciate the community’s patience!
