A quick reminder to all the fitness fiends that exercise classes recommence next week, Zumba at 7pm on Monday 18th and Pilates at 6.30pm (and 7.30pm) on Tuesday 19th.
Unfortunately, Sue is having to cancel this week’s pilates classes. Given it’s half term the following week, the next sessions will be on Tuesday 19th February at 6.30pm and 7.30pm.

If you fancy something “lower impact,” pilates kicks off the following week – i.e. Tuesday 15th. There are two sessions, the first at 6.30pm and the second at 7.30pm. Each class costs £8, or a course of 10 for £65 …
Well remember that the Hall has a full size tennis table for hire! Why not challenge the (grand) children? Have a family Olympics, in fact?!
